If jealousy could kill then I’ll be dead by now. There’s no reason at all for me to get jealous and I don’t know why I’m feeling this way and I hate it, I really do.

Jealousy is not just a single emotion, but actually it is an entire package of feelings that tend to get combined together. Jealousy can manifest as anger, fear, hurt, betrayal, anxiety, agitation, sadness, paranoia, depression, loneliness, envy, yearning, feeling helpless, feeling inadequate, feeling excluded, etc.

All I need is reassurance and it was provided. The anger, fear and hurt had somehow disappeared.

Rain, yun nga weird eh, i don't envy her. why should i? i know kung saan ako nakalugar and alam ko rin kung saan nakalugar yung girl. alam ko kung ano nafefeel niya for me at kung ano nafefeel niya towards the girl. totoo i hate her kasi sa actions niya towards him. atsaka kung ano ano sinasabi niya or tsismis niya about me. hindi talaga ako nagiingit pramis pero yah sad ako kasi i feel this way. labo noh? pero alam mo kung ano mas malabo? kung ano yung dapat pagselosan yun ang hindi ko pinagseselosan at kung ano ang dapat hindi ay yun ang pinagseselosan ko.
